Glee Boutique Café presents magical chocolate and sweets sculptures to feast your eyes on this Easter season

Glee Boutique Café, located in Tivoli Marina Vilamoura and renowned for its exquisite quality, is presenting its exclusive Easter Collection – a celebration of the four natural elements in the form of sculptured edible art: Fire, Earth, Air, and Water.

Pastry chef Patrick Mestre, with over 25 years of experience, is the master behind these true works of art thanks to his extensive knowledge, training, and travels across numerous European cities.

With an identity inspired by the French sophistication of pastel colours, soft textures, and a visual style that reflects elegance and meticulous attention to detail, Glee Boutique Café has become a landmark for lovers of French pastries and chocolates in the Algarve.

The new “Pastry Collection” includes four exclusive Easter eggs, each representing one element. The “Fire Element” Easter Egg consists of a ruby chocolate genoise cake with red fruit jam, mousse, and pink pepper; the “Earth Element” Easter Egg combines carrot and spice biscuits, walnut crunch, carrot gum, and Arriba Chocolate mousse.

The “Air Element” Easter Egg, in white and made with La Reine sticks, is filled with coffee and stracciatella ganache and mascarpone mousse, whilst the “Water Element” Easter Egg, in blue, features a three-milk cake with hazelnut praline and miso-orange mousse. Each egg costs €8.

Each element reflects a characteristic of the region: the Water of the sea, the richness of the Earth with its mountains and hills, the Fire symbolising the 300 days of sunshine the Algarve is known for, and the Air representing the gentle breeze that is ever-present even on the hottest days.

The Chocolate Egg Collection features true edible sculptures, available in five types of chocolate and in two sizes, XL (350–450 g) and XS (55 g).

It will be hard to choose the best option among Dark Chocolate (€25), Arriba Chocolate (€30), White Chocolate (€27), Golden Chocolate (€30), and Ruby Chocolate (€32).

For bonbon lovers, the collection also includes a “Quail Egg” made with Arriba chocolate filled with crunchy almond praline, and the Multicoloured Bonbon, a delicate combination of white chocolate with caramel and raspberry filling, priced at €3 each.

Additionally, Glee Boutique Café also offers a Classic Afternoon Tea, a timeless and authentic experience serving up classic scones with jams and pastries along with an exclusive tea selection. In a Parisian-inspired setting, the Delicate Rose Afternoon Tea elevates the tea ritual with an inspiring Cosmopolitan Cocktail, whilst the Shimmering Champagne Afternoon Tea offers the ultimate experience, blending champagne with delicate pastries that are true works of art.
